Anti-bribery and corruption

Transparent trade does not mix with corruption.

Bribery is prohibited

TTC prohibits bribery in any form, direct or indirect, public or private sector, including facilitation payments, by its team and by third parties acting for it.

Third-party due diligence

TTC's process requires screening agents, intermediaries and counterparties before engagement, and monitoring during the relationship.

Gifts and hospitality

Gifts and hospitality are permitted only where modest, infrequent, transparent and never intended to influence a decision.

Reporting

Concerns can be reported confidentially through the contact channels published on this site. TTC's policy requires those reports to be investigated and prohibits retaliation.
