TTC Global — Transparent Trade Chain

Quality & Documentation

Quality in trade is a paper trail that matches the cargo. This is the process every transaction runs through.

Our six-step compliance process

  1. Goods classification and HS Code

Every item is classified and assigned its HS Code before anything else. Classification determines duties, licensing, export controls and which restrictions apply — getting it wrong at the start invalidates every check that follows.

  2. Sanctions screening of product and producer

The goods themselves and the producing entity are screened against applicable sanctions and export-control regimes — not only the trading counterparties. A permitted buyer cannot legitimise a restricted product or a restricted mill.

  3. Buyer and UBO verification

The buyer is verified together with its ultimate beneficial owners. Corporate documents, ownership chain and control are established, so the party behind the transaction is known and not just the name on the letterhead.

  4. Written confirmation of bank, shipping, and insurance

The banking channel, carrier and insurance arrangements are confirmed in writing before execution. Verbal assurances about routing or payment channels are not accepted as confirmation.

  5. Contract with sanctions and end-use clauses

The contract carries explicit sanctions-compliance and end-use clauses, binding both sides on permitted destinations, permitted use and re-export. Compliance becomes a contractual obligation, not an expectation.

  6. Full record-keeping of documents and decisions

Every document and every decision — including the reasoning behind approvals and rejections — is retained as an auditable record, so any transaction can be reconstructed years later.

Documents we coordinate

Document requirements vary by product and destination; the exact set is confirmed during quotation.
