Privacy policy
How TTC handles information you submit through this website.
What we collect
Information you choose to send through the RFQ and contact forms: name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number if provided, website, country, destination, product requirements, specification, quantity, packing, Incoterm, payment terms, delivery window, end-use notes, KYC consent, and any files you upload (for example LOI, ICPO, or company documents). The server also stores a hashed identifier derived from the connection and a truncated user-agent string, used for abuse control. TTC does not run advertising pixels on this site.
Why we collect it
To receive and review your inquiry, run the KYC and due-diligence screening you consented to, prepare quotations, communicate with you, and keep a record of the file. General inquiries are reviewed to decide whether a full RFQ is needed.
Storage
Submissions are stored in the systems used to operate this site (database and, for uploads, object storage). Access is limited to people handling inquiries. Uploaded files are kept to process the request. This policy does not promise a specific encryption standard or a fixed retention period.
Sharing
TTC does not sell personal data. Data is shared with service providers required to run the site (for example email delivery) and, as part of an RFQ you submitted, with screened counterparties to the extent needed to quote. Sanctions and KYC screening may involve checking information you provided against compliance data sources.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the inquiry data TTC holds, by using the contact channels published on this site. Some records may be kept where a transaction file, a legal obligation, or abuse prevention requires it.
Website measurement
This site loads Google Analytics 4 for aggregated page views and named events (for example RFQ start or submit). Event parameters do not include name, email, phone, company, or form text. IP addresses are anonymized. Advertising features, Google Ads tags, Google signals, and advertising pixels are not enabled. TTC does not sell this measurement data.
